The apartment is a duplex unit and the room is located on the second floor. Total 3 bedroom in the apartment and only 3 other female working professionals as flatmates with you. We are all Chinese and mixture of Singapore/Malaysian in our mid 20s. Easy-going and friendly!

THE ROOM is furnished with a good-sized built in wardrobe, a queen bed and attached balcony. Toilet is right outside your room and it's all yours to use, you don't have to share with anyone else. High floor penthouse unit with nice breeze and unblocked greenery view.

RENTAL RATE inclusive of
Fibre broadband wifi, utilities, air-conditioning, monthly housekeeping for common areas and cooking is allowed but do clean up after and friends are welcome
1 Person: $1,100/month (No agent fee)
2 Person: $1,300/month
