Single room in the middle of maida vale, in the north ouest london. 

The room is furnished, with a double bed, and pieces of furniture. 
The flat is composed by 4 rooms, one shared kitchen and one shared bathroom ( between 3 tenants ). 

The area is really nice and quiet, extremely beautiful and safe. the nearest tube station is Warwick avenue with the bakerloo line, 20 Minutes from the town center ( green park-Piccadilly circus ). 

For the food one tesco is there, 8 min by walk from the flat. 

Internet works really well. 

All the tenants are professionals and we are looking for a non student person.
