1. 出黎住左好多年，畀中介經紀呃過唔少，試過好多煩野，將心比己，你可一個實數，無前期無後期無附加費。平時的日用品 各樣費用 已包 我負責繳交 你既合租數額 每次夾錢 如果要求 會得到收據

2. 因為巧合，多年前我地收養左被人掉既貓狗（乾淨 生性，寵物照顧員會定期來）。當作不存在是不可能，請考慮自己期望。

*MTR station in 15min walking distance. Strong point-2-point transport network. Even better than many places with MTR stations. Make good use of your google map or ask me more if you are not local.
*fully furnished but you can add what you want and discuss with me how can we make the space your home as well. 

Very spatial. Strong transportation network. Balcony. Rooftop. Attractive rent. 6th floor, quite, natural sunlight from windows. stairs only. Enjoy certain privacy. 

Laundry downstairs. You can also use our own washing machine and hang them at balcony or in flat, enough facilities. Rooftop is LARGE, good for barbecue and planting.
