Hi, I’m Anastasiia, I am working in NUS as a research fellow and looking for flatmates to share 3 bedrooms landed house near Marymount mrt station. It is freshly renovated landed house with terrace, carpark for 1 car, aircones, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully furnished with new furniture, no landlord, no agent fee, 10 minutes walk to Marymount MRT station, 10 minutes to Thomson plaza, 15 minutes to Macritchie national park. There are a variety of buses, amenities, foodshops, ShengSiong and Fair price supermarkets just next to the house.
I am already there with a small lovely dog. Cooking, friends, guests, etc, are allowed, if don’t bring any damage to the house. I have 2 huge bedrooms available, 2 people can share each. 1 room is 1000$, the other 1100$. Preferably 6 months/1 year contract, but can discuss shorter stay.
