Description

The building is 650 m away from Dinxi station,

 with security guy in the lobby, also with gym facility in first floor you can use for free.

No worry about trowing the trash, the B1 floor has Garbage room 24hrs open.

Also the room has a great view as you can see it.

The room can only be available until April 5,2017

Please call to make reservation first if you are interest in renting this room.

As for the closet , after you finalize we will make the arrangement.

雖然是與房東同住但房東=我 可能在明年三月開始外派，因此會常常不在家

家裡很注重整潔因為自己有養狗 還沒外派前我在=狗也在

這間雅房特色是正對河岸景色很美，家裡的公共空間也很舒適 

房間有超大的對外窗 即使待在房裡也不會有悶住的感受，大樓有24小時警衛，有健身房，泳池，桌球室，閱覽室，空中花園等設施。有垃圾集中區域免追垃圾車。

房租包含水費 瓦斯 網路費等等 只是不含電費。

因不是每天都方便，因此看屋請先預約‧

Roommates

這裡有兩個人住。一個是香港過來台灣工作的女生，很愛乾淨也喜歡狗。 浴室僅須和香港的女孩一起使用，我的房間是套房。 還沒外派前我也會住在這裡，養有一隻小柴犬。 對於空共空間我們兩個都很重視整潔。使用完畢都會整理，希望下一個使用的人能用到乾淨舒服的空間。 三個房間由於格局關係分得很開，即使晚睡也不會互相打擾。我們是30出頭的女生。和善好相處。只要你也願意維護空共空間的整潔相信我們一定會很合得來的。
