Hello,

My name is Sofia, and I am a university student from Colombia. I will be moving to Hong Kong for a six-month internship at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, starting in early 2027.

I am looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay during my internship. I am a responsible, respectful, and non-smoking tenant. Most of my time will be spent working, so I am looking for a quiet and well-maintained living environment.

I would be grateful for any additional information about the room, including availability, monthly rent, and any requirements for international tenants.
