I m currently staying with a pair of young filipino nurse in a 4 room HDB flat. They shifted in June 2017. Including myself, there is only 3 person residing in this high level unit overseeing the Hougang festival market (rooftop bbq pit, tennis court & swimming pool) 
Hougang One Shopping mall is just a stone's throw away. Approximately less than 100 steps away.

Have a spare common room vacant and seeking for suitable tenants or house mate to shift in. 
Have a wall mounted 29 Inch T.V, Air Con, Air Humidifier & Wifi available. I m willing to absorbed the monthly Utilities bill for the right tenants. 86694995
I m the sort of the Caretaker of the unit, my late parent passed away & left the house to my name 3 yrs ago. I m looking forward to be housed under the same roof with people who possess positive, honest & laidback VIBES. Happiness , Peace & Cleanliness rule the house.
