Room include 1 super single mattress, aircon, celing fan with lights, combi blinds, usage of washing machine, Wi-Fi and fridge.

However we do not allow cooking, smoking, pets and vistors 

Monthly rent for 2 person is $850
1 person only is $700

Less than 6 mins walk to market and food centre. 
Supermarket such as NTUC and sheng siong is within 500m radius appox 6 to 10 mins walking distance.
There is a park for cycling and jogging around the area. (Chinese garden)

You will be living with us (Chinese family with 2 toodlers). We are easy going as long as we have mutual respect for each other.
