Lots of privacy & suitable for professionals &?students. No rental deposit & no rental locked in period. Therefore, you are free to move out anytime or rent super short term (eg a few weeks) & consider longer term for duration of your studies. 
 
The common room (about 250ft2) is on Level 3. Toilet on level 1 & you enjoy exclusive use. Again lots of privacy, fully furnished, aircon, high speed wifi, clean & quiet. No rental deposit, no lock in period. As if no landlord. 
 
Master Room(about 300ft2) is also on level 3. Attached large bathroom, balcony, walkin wardrobe. 

Location: Ang Mo Kio/Yio Chu Kang. Nearest train station: Yio Chu Kang (red line) & Lentor (brown train line). You take a bus there. Previous tenants from Germany, France, Israel, Japan & Thailand. One tenant cycled to the train station daily. Some tenants rented super short term & explored long term accommodation options. If you ride bike or drive, free parking outside premises. 
 
You can also take bus. Bus services to Suntec City, Little India, SMU, Boon Keng, Bedok, Seng Kang, Toa Payoh etc.
