希望你同樣注重個人衛生，最好不吸煙。
如有朋友到訪，請提前講聲；水電煤費用按人頭即時AA，不斤斤計較。

I take cleanliness seriously. My own habits include:

· Clearing hair from the drain after washing my hair
· Wiping dry any water spots around the sink after brushing my teeth
· Washing dishes immediately after cooking, and cleaning the stove, kitchen floor, and any oily areas

I hope tenants will also maintain good personal hygiene. Non‑smokers are preferred.
If you have friends visiting, please let me know in advance. Utility bills (water, electricity, gas) will be split fairly and promptly on a per‑person basis – no petty arguments.
